We at Rocky Creek Dental Care are delighted we can provide options that suit you and make your visit with us a smooth experience. Please review our payment options below and do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
Cash and Personal Checks
Paying with cash is one of the most common and reliable ways to pay for our services. Since cash payments can be more convenient and quick, you may decide to opt for this method of payment.
Aside from cash, we also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services. Our staff will assist you in writing the check so make sure you seek their assistance and ask any questions, if needed.
Credit cards are a very common method of payment these days, and as such, we also accept them as a method of payment. We accept various types of credit cards such as, Visa and Mastercard. For a complete list of the credit cards we accept or if you are unsure if we accept your card, call our office and we will be glad to verify such information.
CareCredit is another financing option in addition to your personal credit card. Many times, they provide same day approval so you are able to receive the treatment you need right away.
We accept most major dental insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider to verify your plan’s benefits and if we are a preferred provider. Any amount that is not covered by your insurance plan can be paid for with one of the aforementioned methods.
Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.
There are various dental insurance plans today and many of the plans fully cover or partially cover your basic dental work including teeth cleanings, fillings, check-ups and even necessary dental surgery.
Since dental plans can vary in terms of services covered and accepted providers, it is important you talk to your insurance to understand your plan and prepare before your visit with us. It is also important that you verify with your insurance company if we are an accepted provider. Keep in mind that if your dental insurance only covers part of your services, you will have a balance remaining for which you can pay through our other payment options available. If you are paying your dental services through your insurance, please make sure to bring your insurance card and a form of ID the day of your visit.
Our staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our different payment options. Contact us or visit our office to schedule an appointment with our dentist today!
